Hello To All Our Members

As you are all aware, our Government has instructed that our Industry will be mandated from 31st January 2022, meaning all Members and Staff that wish to use our Life and Soul Clubs need to be double vaccinated and show proof of this.

For our Members who are vaccinated.  You will need to upload your COVID19 Digital Vaccination Certificate so you can continue to train as normal.  This needs to be done via the Life and Soul Membership Portal or app. By signing the Waiver and uploading your Vaccination Certificate, this will allow 24/7 access. Please be patient as this does need to be uploaded via the link which has been emailed to all our members, we cannot upload for you or at reception. Verification of the uploaded certificate may take up to 24hrs.  By uploading your Vaccination Certificate, this will allow 24/7 access.  Please be patient with us while we prepare this for you.  If you have not received an email or text regarding this please contact your reception.

For our Non Vaccinated.  Over the next few weeks we will be working on our on-line training platform to allow you to continue your training as best as possible.  We understand and respect this is an extremely difficult time for you and we aim to provide you with options to continue your training.  Again, please be patient with us while we work on this for our Community.  Please contact your Club should you need to cancel or suspend your Membership.  Know that we will welcome you back with open arms once the mandate is lifted.

Yes, it is an incredibly unsettling time.  The last couple of years has tested us all and 2022 will be no different.  We are in this together and will endeavour to support our Communities as best we possibly can.  Please know that we are here for you – do not hesitate to reach out to us for whatever the reason.
