Congratulations to all our winners for 2018. What an amazing year we have had at Life and Soul and F45 Training. We wish all our members a safe a happy Christmas and we will see you all next year…ready to smash your fitness goals!!

NORTHWEST OVERALL CHAMPION

Jacob Smith from Broome. 22yr old Jacob had a dream to work with and inspire indigenous youth through positive health and wellbeing – but he knew things had to change within himself. He was not happy with himself physically and had low self esteem. Jacob watched a friend achieve successful results through Cracker in 2017 and decided to give it a go 2018.
6 weeks on and he is now a regular group fitness participant, he’s lost 10.8kgs, 9.6% in bodyfat, gained 2kgs in muscle, his self confidence has grown, started his own basketball team AND got that dream job as a Trainer in Social and Emotional Health and Wellbeing. Besides all of the above, Jacob was a fantastic Team Member, encouraging, motivating others and winning the hearts of many along the way.

Jacob you are a worthy Champion!

Winner – Stephanie Maskiell – Steph has overcome some massive hurdles and it has been an absolute pleasure to see you train your heart out motivate and inspire fellow Crackers. Giving up was never an option. 7 things Steph gained in the last 6 weeks. 1. Skipping. 2. Complete a Full sit up. 3. Plank for 1min 30sec.  4. Steph’s family has learnt to eat cleaner and healthier food. 5. The family has all start training together at home.  6. Can Deadlift a massive 70kg. 7. Can Sprint.
Your journey has been nothing short of AMAZING. Total weight loss of over 13kg and 57cm. We have loved watching you progress from start to finish.
