F45 is one of the most time-efficient ways of training. We aim to burn up to 750 calories per 45-minute session.

F45 Training is Life and Soul’s answer to small group personal training.

You will train in a dynamic, motivating environment with two Personal Trainers at all times. Your strength, cardio, core, agility and flexibility will improve within two weeks, leaving you feeling stronger, leaner and better about yourself. You will not see the same workout twice, everyday is different and you will experience a sense of camaraderie within your group, leaving you wanting more!
