CORE PILATES | Enjoy strengthening and toning your abdominal’s through the influence of Pilates moves. Leave feeling invigorated and a well toned tummy.
SOULBOOTY | Tight buns and toned thighs is what this session is all about. join in the fun and feel your legs, thighs and butt burn with energy towards a stronger, fitter lower half!
STRENGTH & BURN | Suitable for all fitness levels. | A solid workout, aiming to strengthen your entire body. You will be using a variety of gym equipment with different training methods. You will feel your body take shape while building confidence which will leave you standing taller and functioning a whole lot better.
