The HYROX STRONG 8 Week Training Program 2025 is your key to kicking off 2025 and getting your body moving again with a strategic and planned program. Starting February 3rd, this structured program is designed to help you build the strength, endurance, and resilience needed to tackle HYROX events with confidence. With a mix of strength training, METCON, and running sessions, alongside recovery practices and expert guidance, you’ll be fully equipped to take your fitness to the next level. This isn’t just a 8 week training program — it’s a journey to become HYROX Strong, with an initial HALF-SIM fitness test on February 8th and a final HALF-SIM event on April 5th to measure your progress.

From comprehensive training plans to a supportive community, this program has everything you need to succeed. Expect weekly education on technique, nutrition guidance, and structured run clubs, all within a collaborative environment. Whether you’re training solo or as part of a team, this program will push you to exceed your limits while staying focused on performance and progress. Hyrox Strong 2025 FAQs

The HYROX STRONG 8 Week Training Program 2025 is your ultimate preparation for HYROX competition success. Starting February 3rd, this structured program is designed to help you build the strength, endurance, and resilience needed to tackle HYROX events with confidence. With a mix of strength training, METCON, and running sessions, alongside recovery practices and expert guidance, you’ll be fully equipped to take your fitness to the next level.
The challenge starts on Monday 3rd February and finishes on 31st March with the final half sim on Saturday 5th April.
Yes! You will take part in an initial half sim on 8th February where your results will be recorded so that you can see your improvements in the final half sim on Saturday 5th April.
The HALF-SIM is a scaled-down HYROX simulation event that allows you to track your progress. The initial test is on February 8th, and the final test is on April 5th.
HYROX training which is a fitness regimen that combines running and functional fitness exercises. You will be training to improve your strength, endurance and overall fitness.
The HYROX strong program is focused on performance, however we will be providing ongoing nutritional guidance including how to track macros, calorie counting, meal timing and how to fuel your sessions for performance.
HYROX STRONG is for everyone, Our programming is designed for the unfit, those getting back on track after Christmas, those who are super fit and for those who are wanting to level up their training. There is no age restriction and there is no fitness level required. What is required a willingness to improve your fitness from where you are right now.
You can pay online or visit reception. You are able to pay upfront or if you are a non member you can pay in 8 weekly installments.
We recommend you do not drink while training this program, you will get better performance based results without consumption of alcohol.
Training plans, nutrition guides, and updates will be shared weekly on our HYROX STRONG Closed Facebook Group. If you don’t use Facebook, let us know, and we’ll email the information to you.
Our clubs are fully equipped with everything you’ll need for the program. To make the most of your training experience, we recommend wearing proper training attire and a good pair of running shoes. Don’t forget to bring a towel and water bottle to every session!
By the end of the program, you’ll see improvements in strength, endurance, and overall fitness. You’ll feel more confident and prepared to tackle HYROX events or any fitness challenges that come your way.
