Life & Soul SOULSISTAS of the NW
Member of a genuine community who respect each other, their values and purpose
Strong Women, Stronger Together
Our SOULSISTA tribe began in 2006 when we saw the need for women across the Pilbara, Kimberley, and Northern Territory to connect, move, and support each other in often isolated environments.
What started as a simple idea has grown into a movement of women who embrace fitness, friendship, and empowerment. Together, SOULSISTAS show up daily to train, laugh, talk, and lift each other through both the good times and the tough ones.
What It Means to Be a SOULSISTA
- Belonging to a supportive network of like-minded women
- Embracing movement not just for fitness, but for mental and emotional wellbeing
- Standing up for inclusiveness, acceptance, and respect in our communities
- Giving back through charity, events, and local support
When you’re around a true SOULSISTA, you feel it – the chemistry, the encouragement, and the acceptance. Age, background, and ability don’t matter here. What matters is showing up and supporting one another.

Giving Back
For every piece of SOULSISTA merchandise sold, we donate $1 to local women’s refuges across the Pilbara, Kimberley, and NT. By wearing SOULSISTA gear, you’re not just repping our tribe — you’re helping women in need across our communities.
