COVID-19 UPDATE – 23rd March 2020

It is with a heavy heart that we are now officially closed due to the COVID-19 regulations. We will be suspending all payments from this week. Please stay in touch, stay connected, stay engaged… we are here for you.💙

COVID-19 UPDATE – 18th March 2020

Dear Life and Soulers!

Right now, the world is pure craziness. And while a cloud of uncertainty hangs over each day, we want to continue being your haven from the outside world. So here’s what we’re continuing to do to outmanoeuvre the c-virus and keep our Soul community as safe and healthy as possible.

Increased frequency of sanitisation to all gym equipment with high-grade cleaner.

Increased cleaning and sanitisation of all high touch general areas using anti-bacterial wipes and sanitisers (door handles, reception areas etc)

Our SOULRIDE bikes are washed down thoroughly after each session, studio and floors cleaned with high grade cleaner. We do ask to spread yourselves throughout the studio and avoid sitting directly next to another rider. More space around us, the healthier it is!

SOULZONE Sessions; all equipment and mats are thoroughly cleaned after each session, along with our Studio and floors being sanitised and mopped regularly. We do ask to spread yourselves throughout the SOULZONE space and not ‘set up’ directly next to a fellow Souler.

Little Soulers (Creche) constant sanitisation within our Creches is being carried out everyday. We do ask, please do not bring your little one in if they present with flu like symptoms for the safety of themselves and our fitness community.

Cleaning our bathrooms even more frequently, focusing on surfaces that come into contact with hands, like door handles, taps, cubicle handles, flush buttons and hair dryers.

Continuing to sanitise all surfaces, especially those that are frequently touched, like the front desk, locker keypads and water fountain.

Additional hygiene signage

Washing our hands multiple times throughout the day, either with soap and water or hand sanitiser throughout the day.

Holding off any hand shakes, high fives or the like; please refrain from any physical touching while working out…we can maintain the love of what we do through smiling and positive vibes.


If you can, wash your hands before and after your workout, with soap, for a minimum of 20 seconds. Or use the hand sanitiser that we have available at the front desk.

If you need to sneeze or coughdo it into your bent elbow, not your hands. Avoid touching your face as much as possible.

Keep your immune system strong by getting proper sleep, eating a balanced diet and exercising!

If you’re feeling unwell at all, please stay home until you feel better. ‘Sweating it out’ is a myth and won’t speed up your recovery.

We know that we’ll get through this if we work together to keep hygiene our number one priority. As always, we are here for any questions you may have, see us at reception.

To All Our Loyal Life and Soulers!

The health and wellness of our clients and employees is our first priority. We continue to monitor the spread of the Coronavirus and are keeping an eye on official information including guidance published by the WHO. Should emergency directives be used, we will take appropriate action as directed by government officials.

We are currently taking proactive, preventative measures to protect against exposure to the virus within our clubs. Our regular health and hygiene practices provide the best defense against the spread of the most contagious illnesses.

In addition to the regular and thorough cleaning of all surfaces, weights, cardio and functional equipment, we are in the process of adding antibacterial wipes for Members and Staff use in all clubs, as well as increasing our cleaning of surfaces and equipment between sessions. We are ensuring our Teams take important precautions against the spread of germs including:

– washing hands often and with soap

– disinfecting hands frequently

– avoiding touching eyes, noses and mouths

– avoiding the sharing of cups, water bottles and towels

– if you are not feeling well, you are advised to stay at home

As the development of Coronavirus progresses, we will keep you up to date with any changes and look forward to seeing you in the clubs very soon.
