4 Week Challenge | Starts 2nd September

In COMMIT 2 HIIT you will commit to a minimum of THREE GRIT or SPRINT classes each week for 4 consecutive weeks. Attendance will be tracked on the wall chart in the club!

There will be 5 Sprint Classes & 3 GRIT classes each week during the 4 week commitment. You can attend SPRINT or GRIT or a mix of both

Why Do it? COMMIT 2 HIIT provides an opportunity for you to commit to High Intensity Interval Training 3 times a week for 4 weeks! HIIT training is one of the best ways to get FIT FAST and achieve results without spending hours at the gym.

Smash Sessions! In these sessions you will complete the same GRIT or SPRINT release each week and track your training variable such as reps, speed, watts etc with the aim to find your Personal Best!! Smash Sessions | GRIT CARDIO @ 5.30am Wednesdays | SPRINT @ 7am Saturdays

Stand out – Our commitment colours are Grey & Khaki as these colours love showing off sweat!! You are encouraged to wear grey & Khaki to your HIIT training during the commitment.

Prizes will be awards  in the following categories

  3. SPRINT Instructors choice
