August is here…lets start running! Kick off your Monday with a running WOD 20 min jog/walk/jog…or step it up with a run/jog/run -AND join your gym’s MONDAY run session for extra motivation and coaching!


TUESDAY – TABATA 20/10

Tricep dips
Burpees
Sit-ups
Star bursts
Plyo lunges
High knees

Rest 1-2mins and repeat 8 times!


WEDNESDAY Run Day
Jog/ Run 30 secs walk 30 secs repeat x 20 times
Rest & repeat *extra challenge add in some sprints!


THURSDAY WORKOUT – Can you do this circuit 4 times in total?
Circuit 1
200m Sprint on Treadmill
15 x Squat Jumps
15 x Side Plank crunch elbow to knee (ea side)

Circuit 2
200m Sprint on Treadmill
15x walking lunges (ea)
15x bicycles

Circuit 3
200m Sprint on Treadmill
15x Tricep Dips
15x Hip bridges


FRIDAY fRUN One!

25 min Jog/walk/Jog – Begginers just keep moving at a steady pace for 25mins aiming to jog as much as you can!
