TUESDAY – TABATA 20/10
Go for 4 rounds of each cicruit!
Tabata Circuit 1
High knees
Pushups
Plyometric (jump) lunges
Catapillers (plank on hands, walking feet up to pike position, then walk hands out…repeat)

Tabata Circuit 2
Jumping Jacks
V-up’s (toes meet hands above body in V shape)
Frog jumps
Mountain Climbers

OHHH YEAH!


 WEDNESDAY WORKOUT –PYRAMID4 times through

100 x Lying flutter kicks
80 x Step ups
60 x Lower pulse squats
40x Walking lunges
20 x Pushups

Rest & repeat x 4 times
