Its time to sweat to the rhythmn of your own
bike! Indoor cycling takes you on a fitness
journey like none other. Riding a stationery
bike, you train riding through flats, hills,
mountains and rocky terrain, burning an
insane amount of calories and strengthening
your legs massively. Only 45mins (Express
30mins), you can do this. If you can ride
a bike, you can do INDOOR CYCLING!

The core training creates the foundations for an all over strong body, pair this with functional cardio body training and you have the perfect recipe for achieving a leaner, stronger body.
