Ingrid Indriana – Derby

A little bit about me:
EEEEEK!!.

How long I have been training with Life & Soul:
Since day dot! First class ever was with Sara in Broome in 2006 – Pump.

My favourite area of the gym is:
Group Fitness!!

My favourite exercise is:
Surfing – But has to be the gym when living in Derby!

My favourite meal is:
Green paw paw salad,/ can chocolate be a meal?

Most inspirational person/athlete in my life is:
Anyone who commits to fitness and sticks to it. Nicole Beckwith – from **ck that! To Grit instructor in 2 years – she’s changed her life around. 

What I love most about training at Life & Soul is:

Relaxed atmosphere. Friendly people and crèche which allows me to do it!!


Mark Ardagh – Karratha

A little bit about me:
Moved to the Pilbara just over two years ago for work and enjoy it so much will stay for much longer as the people are great and it is a laid back lifestyle compared to the city!

How long I have been training with Life & Soul:
Since I got here in Feb 2015.

My favourite area of the gym is:
Anywhere with a mirror.

My favourite exercise is:
Lat Pulldowns/Chinups

My favourite meal is:
Anything that is real spicy like Indian and Mexican.

Most inspirational person/athlete in my life is:
My crazy wife!! We compete with each other for the better six pack so I would have to say her to be honest!

What I love most about training at Life & Soul is:
Training day in and out and still seeing no improvement in my calf muscles!!


Tua Gray – Broome

A little bit about me:
Live in Broome about 4 years. Like outdoor activities, spend time with family and friends.

How long I have been training with Life & Soul:
One year.

My favourite area of the gym is:

Where all the weights are.

My favourite exercise is:
Squats.

My favourite meal is:
Any seafood meal.

Most inspirational person/athlete in my life is:
Michael Jones (All blacks player)

What I love most about training at Life & Soul is:
Open 24 hours, they got different kind of exercise equipment!


Skye Hearnshaw – Port Hedland


A little bit about me:
I’m 31 and work at the local hospital as a nurse. I’ve recently come back from an overseas trip and I’m ready to get back into it.

How long I have been training with Life & Soul:
I have been training with Life and Soul since October 2016.

My favourite area of the gym is:

Anywhere where there is weights.

My favourite exercise is:
Definitely the leg press machine.

My favourite meal is:
My favourite meal would be spaghetti Bolognese but don’t forget the garlic bread – of course this is only on a cheat day .

Most inspirational person/athlete in my life is:
Would have to be my fellow gym buddies, we are always supporting one another.

What I love most about training at Life & Soul is:
The atmosphere, team spirit and variety of machines and classes.
