Ryan Morelli – Port Hedland

A little bit about me:
I like working out, spending time with Hannah and building/repairing things.

How long I have been training with Life & Soul:
June 2016. When it first opened.

My favourite area of the gym is:
Smith Machine.

My favourite exercise is:
Incline Chest Press.

My favourite meal is:

Pizza/Pasta

Most inspirational person/athlete in my life is:
Arnold Schwarzeneggar

What I love most about training at Life & Soul is:
Great atmosphere, friendly staff, good set up!


Lisa Gibson – Broome

A little bit about me:
I’m originally from Ireland but have been living in Broome for the past 6 and half years.

How long I have been training with Life & Soul:

Just over a year and a half.

My favourite area of the gym is:
I don’t really have a favourite.

My favourite exercise is:
CX

My favourite meal is:
Salmon and green veg.

Most inspirational person/athlete in my life is:
Chris Birch.

What I love most about training at Life & Soul is:
The variety of classes.


Brendan West – Derby

A little bit about me:
I’m 16 year old lived in Derby for five years. I school at Derby District High School. I love to do sports and go out on adventures.

How long I have been training with Life & Soul:
The last 4 months.

My favourite area of the gym is:
The cable machine.

My favourite exercise is:
Core strengthening and arm workouts.

My favourite meal is:
Scotch Fillet.

Most inspirational personal/athlete in my life is:
Bruce Lee and Arnold Schwarzenegger

What I love most about training at Life & Soul is:
To see results in your training, which soon becomes an addiction to keep coming back.


Talicia Ffrench – Karratha

A little bit about me:
Been in Karratha for almost 4 years now. I work for a local Recruitment agency, and recently got married. Originally from Melbourne, but much prefer the nice warm weather in Karratha.

How long I have been training with Life & Soul:
Since 2014 when I moved to Karratha.

My favourite area of the gym is:
Weights room – especially now with all the new equipment!

My favourite exercise is:
Deadlifts – but I love a good mix of everything.

My favourite meal is:
Being in comp prep for the last 6 months, the answer to that is ANYTHING at the moment. But my fav meal is probably a good old roast with veg.

Most inspirational personal/athlete in my life is:
It would have to be my coach Lissi Quince – Her motivation and commitment to her goals is incredible.

What I love most about training at Life & Soul is:
The variety – I do F45, Sprint and use the gym itself. Having so many options and being able to change up my routine is awesome.
