Sarah Hardman – Derby

A little bit about me:
Working mother of three, lived in Derby for 8 years. Love drinking wine.

How long I have been training with Life & Soul:
2 years

My favourite area of the gym is:
Fitness Classes.

My favourite exercise is:
Cario-core/Running

My favourite meal is:
Chicken Parmi.

Most inspirational person/athlete in my life is:
Roger Federer/Missy Brincker

What I love most about training at Life & Soul is:
The crèche! I wish we had more!


Emma Blackshaw – Karratha

A little bit about me:
My partner & I have been living in Karratha around 10 years & love the lifestyle.
We had our daughter Daisy 9 months ago and I am learning all the joys of being a mum.

How long I have been training with Life & Soul:
Around 5 years ish I think.

My favourite area of the gym is:
I love the weights room……… not much of a cardio bunny 

My favourite exercise is:
I’d have to say was Arnold Press.

My favourite meal is:
I’d like to say chicken & brown rice………… but to be honest it’s pie , chips & mushy peas (has to be “real” chips & homemade pie) . Hahaha!!

Most inspirational person/athlete in my life is:
My boy inspiration is definitely my partner Sim & Lissi for the girls ! She is an absolute machine! Love seeing her ever changing physique! It amazes me how much discipline she has!

What I love most about training at Life & Soul is:
I look forward to my hour in the gym , it’s my time to do what I enjoy. Daisy loves all the ladies in the crèche and is always excited to see her friends in there, so, when I’m training I don’t have to worry about her . I also like having a bit of a chin wag with staff & other members, Everyone is so lovely.


Khalis Kalzee – Port Hedland

A little bit about me:
Born in sunny Port Hedland, I work in the mining industry. I enjoy motivating others and keep them smashing goals/make accomplishments.

How long I have been training with Life & Soul:
I started my journey with Life and Soul last December and i haven’t looked back since.

My favourite area of the gym is:

The squat rack because you are open to do a variety of workouts.

My favourite exercise is:
Shoulders and Abs

My favourite meal is:
Chocolate + Thickshakes, Chicken breast, rice and veggies.

Most inspirational person/athlete in my life is:

Eddy Ung / Eddy-active.

What I love most about training at Life & Soul is:
The amazing people you meet, The helpful staff and most importantly, the equipments!


Duncan Smith – Broome

A little bit about me:
Lived in Broome for 9 years. I have two boys. I enjoy fishing and routing the Buccaneer Achipelago in my boat.

How long I have been training with Life & Soul:
2 and half years.

My favourite area of the gym is:
Deadlift pads.

My favourite exercise is:
Deadlift.

My favourite meal is:
The next one I am having.
