Here’s how it works:
Complete 2 workouts every day for 14 days. Each workout must be at least 30 mins
Record your daily workouts on our ‘Progress Chart’
There are no limits on the maximum number of workouts per week

Q. When Does it Begin?
A. It begins on Monday 12th February and finishes on Sunday 25th February 2018
Q. Is there a minimum amount of time I need to train for 1 workout?
A. Yes, you need to complete atleast 30 mins of any workout of your choice in order to place a dot on the progress chart. Eg. A 30 min Workout of the Day and a 1 hour Pump class would be 2 workouts for the day which equal 1 dot.
Q. Do the workouts count if I exercise outside the gym?
A. Yes, but ONLY if you are completing our Workout of the Day which can be found on our Life & Soul Facebook page and on our website.
Q. Is a weigh and measure included?
A. This is optional, you are welcome to book in for a weight and measure at the beginning and end of the 14 days to track your progress.
Q. Do I need to place my dot on the progress chart daily?
A. Yes, we encourage everyone to place their dots up on the chart daily, It’s a great motivator! Q. How do I sign up? A. You can call our friendly Reception staff or pop in and see them to sign up. Don’t forget if you are a Life & Soul member this challenge is FREE so you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
